No, the acronym MVP does not stand for "Most Valuable Player". When it comes to our business, MVP stands for Marques Vidad Productions.  Based out in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. Providing mobile DJ service to Honolulu. The owner, Marques, has been DJ'ing for about 24 years. He began working for various DJ companies starting in middle school. From 2006 to 2015 he took a long break from mobile DJ'ing concentrating his focus on his full time job and music production career. His background in music and DJ'ing was the foundation that inspired him into producing his favorite genre, Hip Hop. In 2006, he entered and performed in several local beat battles and even took home some championship titles. Capitalizing off those successes, he then worked with local hip hop artists, networked with other producers & created Hip Hop groups along the way.

In March of 2016, Marques decided it was time to get back into it. He had always planned to start his own mobile DJ company considering how much he missed it over that lost time.  He equipped himself with all the essentials necessary and got to it.  Despite not having a set business name he proceeded with his business playing for friends, family and new found clients. Marques and his wife, Audrey, are striving for the growth of their company with the help of partnerships and old friends. As we embark on our journey into 2022, we'd like to wish all of Hawaii a safe and healthy Happy New Year!
